The value for money at Ancient Gardens was exceptional, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with easy access to popular attractions like Sigiriya and the Kelani Ganga river. The staff, Gayashan and Patricia, treated us like family and provided excellent service, helping us plan our trips and ensuring we had the best experiences.
The breakfast experience could be improved with some fresh juices or fruit options.

The room was amazing! It had a cozy seating area where I could relax and watch my favorite shows on the TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom was lovely, with free toiletries and a refreshing shower. I felt like I had my own little sanctuary in this villa.
Personally, I didn't enjoy the balcony. It just didn't appeal to my taste, but others might find it perfect for enjoying the fresh air and taking in the beautiful surroundings.

Stayed at this villa surrounded by nature, enjoyed a buffet breakfast, friendly staff, and free WiFi.
Oh, how wonderful it was to hear the noisy vans playing loud music during my afternoon naps! Such a delightful touch to my tranquil stay.

We had a fantastic stay in this hidden gem. The location is perfect, away from the beaten tracks and in a nice neighborhood. The family room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. We felt at home since the first minute we met the friendly and helpful staff. The highlight of our stay was the open dining place in the trees, a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The food prepared by Parshan's mother was some of the most delicious we had in Sri Lanka. Parshan also served as an excellent guide and driver, showing us hidden gems in the area.
Everything was spot on.

We had a fantastic time at Ancient Gardens! Gayashan and Patricia made us feel like part of their family. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Sigiriya and Wasgamuwa Wildlife Sanctuary. The food was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Gayashan also helped us plan our activities and find the best prices. We highly recommend Ancient Gardens for an authentic Sri Lankan experience.
We felt relaxed and had no complaints during our stay.
